Prep:
Blend blue curaçao with vodka and sparkling citrus to make this stunning lemonade cocktail. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and lemon slice to serve

- soda waterfor topping up (optional)
- 25ml blue curaçao

Method
step 1
Fill a tall tumbler or collins glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and lemon & lime sparkling drink, and top up with some soda water, if you like. Or, top up with a little more of the lemon & lime drink.

Pour over the blue curaçao, garnish with the cherry and lemon slice, then serve.
