Alice Shields

Alice Shields is the acting food editor & test kitchen manager for Good Food. After training as a pastry chef, she honed her skills in professional kitchens before spending the last decade developing recipes for magazines. She loves to bake, and grew up surrounded by sweet treats thanks to her family bakery which ran in Preston, Lancashire, for three generations.
